Veteran benefit seminar on Saturday, January 28  A veteran information and benefits seminar will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the Student Union at Cal State San Bernardino.  Counselors will be available from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The keynote speaker, at 10: 10 a.m., will be Dennis Kuewa, regional director of veterans' benefits and services from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Los Angeles.
